Skyview Aviation, LLC has been serving the local and international flight community since 1985. We boast a partner network reaching over 40 countries worldwide including: Sweden, China, Denmark, India, Russia, Poland, Philippines, United Arab Emirates, England, Australia, and many others.
Founded by the owner and President Richard Ortenheim, Skyview Aviation, LLC was originally located at the Hayward Executive Airport, but for the past 9 years, Skyview has made its home at the Tracy Municipal Airport. Since moving, the company has expanded by adding a flight school operation which has been running successfully since then. In early 2015 Skyview has completed FAA 141 certification and currently hold Private, Instrument, and Commercial Air Agency Certificates and is currently adding on its Multi-Engine Certificate. In late 2016, Skyview is hoping to add on a 141 Private/ Commercial Helicopter Air Agency Certificate.
